Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If you have not contacted us within 14 days of receiving your goods then we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange except where permitted by law.
Please get in touch if an item you have ordered arrives damaged or is faulty. We will try to remedy the situation as soon as possible!
To be eligible for any other type of return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for bearing the cost of the return postage to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please reach us via our Contact page if you wish to return an item. Do NOT post it back to us until you have spoken with us first please.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 working day. Please note this may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement on online banking.
